totally butt kicking workout today after my 2 days off.  


11 laps at the track

jogged: one entire lap, two or three 200meters, one or two 300meters, 100meter sprint, and 8 laps of jogging the straight aways.

i may have been a little FAT-tigued but it felt awesome accomplishing it today!

Go you, way to be active. I wish I had that much motivation right now. It just seems too hot in Boise to get out and walk too much. I do much better from late fall to late spring.
