down 8 pounds! whoop whoop!!! been slacking on the workouts but today did an hour on the treadmill with my new gym membership. on the treadmill seems harder than jogging in real life.
while in Tetonia I jogged and entire 2.3 miles and finished up the 5 mile workout jogging between telephone poles, jogged every other one.
i'm a little worried that i have so many days where my stomach is really uncomfortable and i don't feel like eating.
i'm surprised at how much i can eat most of the time.
