day one
i'm headed out to measure how far i walked today. i did a slow jog for a couple of short distances. i forgot to look at the clock when i left but i don't think i was gone for quite the full hour.
dr. oakley (more on him later) said i have to commit to two things.
- a good daily multivitamin and daily calcium supplement.
- one hour of "me " time where i do a real good workout. not mosey down the lane or play a light game of bball, racquetball, tennis, volleyball, whatevah. good hard workout.
i can do this!
