Breakfast = 3 oz Yoplait Light Boston Cream Pie Yogurt


Lunch = four bites turkey, ham, lettuce, cheese, tomato sandwich (after which I felt the extreme urge to vomit back up because I didn't chew my last bite thoroughly), 2 oz string cheese, handful of almonds.

Snack = 3 oz Yoplait Light Boston Cream Pie Yogurt and four crackers with peanut butter spread

One hour of cardio.  4.2 miles.  I hiked uphill the first 2.1 miles at a brisk pace.  Got to the top of the hill, jogged at an even brisker pace 2 miles downhill with .1 mile cool-down walk.  The hill was so steep, I couldn't keep myself going slow.  It was almost an all out run down hill.  I have ran down hill that fast in years.  Pretty invigorating!!

Dinner = 1/2 of a BBQ Lean Pocket and 2.3 buffalo cheese sticks


I'm allowed to swallow pills now.  It's pretty rough going down and I can only take one with little sips of liquid, spacing out each pill.  Otherwise, sickening nauseous feeling.  But I'm excited to be back on pre natal and extra calcium pills.  I'm sure my body is real happy to have to nutrients.

This being all "normal" is kinda new for me.  Especially around that time of the month.  Never experienced PMS, bloating, cramps were not the norm.  Now, that time of the month is KILLING me!  I'm a total bee-autch, cramps almost the whole time, tired, UGH!!!! 

Hence, I feel like crap and haven't worked out for three days.  I'm hoping to feel great when Ned comes home for lunch today so that I can take Hobbes for a run.

My goal for today: a detailed eating journal!!
