I know I have 3 or 4 posts with unfinished business on them and I'll get to them, maybe tomorrow but just wanted to shout out that we're home again and at my Doc appointment, I'm down 70 pounds.  I was 2 pounds under his predicted weight.  He says few of his patients are exercising as well as I and he's very proud.  Good!  I can quite killing myself hoping I'm keeping up with the Jones's post op.
