Yesterday was a horribly rough workout! I went in the heat of the afternoon (DUH! who works out outside in the heat?)
I jogged 3 miles in 40 minutes. I was FATigued.
Today I did no jogging. Walked four miles instead.
Got on the scale, down another 7 pounds. BOOYAH!
