I found documentation of my first Abs Diet Smoothie. Yum Yum!



For breakfast I had a chocolate yogurt,peanut butter and strawberry smoothie. Yum Yum Yum! Added some whey protein and a teaspoon of flaxseed. Healthy heaven! Make sure to use all natural sugar free peanut butter and low fat yogurt.
