What's up with that?

Every now and again I get a hitch in my get-a-long. It's like a cramp but not really. I gimp around for a day or so then I wake up fine. I'm trying to find a correlation. Is it after I have a hard leg workout? Am I not stretching well enough? Is it after a hard run day? Is it after too many days off? Annoying because it cuts into my workouts.
