I'm going to hate myself in the morning

I accidentally worked out for 2 1/2 hours today.

I ran to the club (4.8 miles in 53 minutes) Lots of hill climbing. That's gunna leave a mark!

Haven't had a good lifting day in quite some time so I had my workout all scheduled out. Did two set of abdominals (raised knee ins, figure 8 crunches which I think I did wrong, Side Jackknifes, Swiss Ball pull ins and swiss ball supermans) and two sets of my interval training (step squat w/knee lift, 30 pushups, leg press, bent over row, military press, toe raises, upright row, triceps kickback, wall squat for 90 seconds, bicep curl, leg curl)

All my active Postures and my yoga stretching. I'm thinking of taking the Yoga class Monday but I gas a LOT and that worries me. Cuz I'm SERIOUSLY STINKY!! What's up with that?


And I threw my man Will in just for a little sunshine in your day!
