Taking it to the next level

Tiggerific workout! I went 4 miles last night.

The kicker is.......drum roll please........thanks

I JOGGED the last 1.68 miles!!!! Oh yeah, no walking for 2 minutes then jogging for 3 minutes. I pounded out 1.68 straight jogging miles!!!!!

As I'm jogging my muscles are screaming "yeah baby!!! that's what this body was made for!!!!" I actually broke a sweat on my workout last night.

Finally I can jog again. I'm so excited because walking is dull, dull, dull. I want a challenge, not just getting the task done.

Needless to say, pretty proud of this fat old body. We're kickin' it up a notch!
