Flew over the Hump
Check out the ticker! I was waiting on "Hump Day" my halfway mark and I flew over it in between weigh ins. I am past halfway to my goal weight of 150.
I've done two days of walking cardio, 35 minutes yesterday and 60 minutes today. My hamstring/back of my knee is doing great and I'm hoping to be running again next week.
Nothing too exciting on the menu front so no postola about that.
I have taken a couple sips of root beer and that does not let my stomach stay happy so no worries about getting back in the soda habit. YUCK!!

I've never been a real big fan of soda... but I do drink it when I am with the Nead's playing games... Mountain Dew... the only drink that is my down fall. So a boat huh?? I am so jelous. I told Kelly we have to go see you guys next summer not just cause of the boat, but that is an added bonus. Do you guys fish at all out there?? It's just been a long time since we came out to see you guys.
I am finally feeling well enough to exercise a little. Not a lot, so exercise is on the back burner for a little longer.
I think that is awesome you are over your half way mark to your goal weight. 150?? I'll have that goal after I have this baby... We should race to get there. you have a head start though, because I still have a few months to keep going up in weight... I bet I hit the 200 mark on this one again.. Boys they do it to me every time.
