Pulled a hammy?

I've been lifting weights lately and to keep my rump from disappearing (channelling J Lo here) I've be lots of upper leg, glute work. Hamstring curls, leg press etc etc. I may have possibly overdone it.

WHO ME? OVERDO IT?? NO WAY...

My left leg is revolting and having a little trouble walking or standing up or basically holding still without pain and stiffness.

SO...

Haven't done much cardio or lifting. I've been pretty good on my eating. Maybe a little too much salt although my cycle could be causing some bloating too. Feeling a little puffy.

Resting up for a few days then I'll be back at it.
