Broke it!
I totally broke through my 195 plateau and after my workout today I weighed 193.
WhOoP wHoOP!!
My workout today consisted of no boys at the gym with me today. Ned and the boys stayed home so I got off scott free. Nice! Doesn't happen often. The treadmills were full when I got there which always bums me so I decided to start with a
Stability Ball routine
that really focuses on my inner thighs. My thighs are total trouble spots. Inner and outer. When I weighed 160 I still had some saddlebag action. What's up wid dat?Next up...
5 hard minutes on the recumbent bike
which I HATE but it seems to give my thighs a good workout.
My
Treadmill
came open so I hopped on for 40 minutes. I have not run on the treadmill without pain somewhere in probably a week. Today was my first run pain free. Small problem, I was slightly fatigued and wanted to do 10 minutes of jump rope after my run.
I've heard jump rope is the best workout to target saddlebag area. Hey, I haven't seen any boxers that have saddlebag issues so maybe there is some truth to that.
Worked up a real good sweat while watching Oprah (who happened to have fat teens on today). Learned that pretzels are not TOTALLY bad food so I put that on my menu for post workout.
I only got
5 minutes of jumping rope
done for my first attempt. Pretty good workout. I've also lost my volleyball hops so anything to do with jumping, I'm on it. People must think I'm an idiot as they stare through the glass into the gym and see me jumping around the gym doing a 3 step Attack Approach. Then I jump around the walls pretending to block the net. I'm a retard!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who likes the new digs. I LOVE IT!
