Yesterday I went five miles in 59 minutes. It was rough! Luckily I was kinda pushed (showing off) by the guy on the treadmill next to me. He was impressed and OlD hahaha
Rewarded by another pound lost. I'm now at 192 and I finally look in the mirror and think my weight loss is really noticeable now.
As soon as my backup restore is complete I'll post pictures. Stay tuned!
I'm doing so much better at drinking my fluids. Yesterday I slammed 2 liters. Equals about 70 ounces. I really want to get back up to 100 ounces which is close to a gallon but my stomach may not handle that well.
I bought a book and workout DVD on Ebay this week.
In it there is a huge focus on weight training. Hopefully on stretching too because I'm TOTALLY tight and really need to work on my flexibility. I was reading a copy from the library and liked the whole premise so much I bought it.
I'll be doing reviews off and on and talking about what I like and what I'm eating and posting some before and after pics.
