Faster Faster Faster!

I jogged for 45 minutes at 5 mph on the hamster wheel today. My goal is to get to 6 mph for 55 minutes.

I was going 8 miles in about 1 1/2 hours before so 6 mph would be good. I'm hoping to get there before I can jog outside again.

I'm doing pretty good on my eating. I've decided I'll give myself one crazy day per week. Mostly I have a problem wanting popcorn and giving in too often. So if I want popcorn, I have to eat that at a meal time with a meal first.

I seem to be eating lots of protein and not enough veggies so I've got to get going on the veggies. I'm totally in love with Yoplait Yogurts put in the freezer for an hour. It's DELIGHTFUL!

got up to 5.3 for over half my jog today with sprints up to 6 mph. 4.5 miles in less than an hour.
