Scale Addict
I'm breaking the cycle. I will not step on the scale until Monday the 26th.
Why?
Because I'm pretty obsessed with the number and I know that's not the most important thing. It's a great reward after workout but sometimes is not a big jump so I think I'm not working hard enough.
That could be motivation eh? I have to get on the scale and see consequences every day. Instant feedback on my lifestyle. Now I'm trying to rationalize my addiction =D

I'm dying here! Every time I step into the gym the scale calls my name and I'm drawn like a moth to flame. I have not yet stepped on. I can hold out till Monday! Yes I CAN!
