I couldn't stop myself

I knew I'd have a REALLY low number next time I stepped on the scale and as I ran my last 5 minutes of a 40 minute jog I had to promise myself that if I didn't quite, I could get on the scale. This was yesterday.

Finished my jog, sweating like a pig, and ran over to the scale.

195~~NO CHANGE!!!

So I will be weighing daily again and this is why...

When I don't get on the scale every day I assume big losses and I'm sorely disappointed when I don't see that. When I get on the scale every day, I don't expect miraculous losses so I'm much happier with the outcome.

Ned says I'm rationalizing but I like my explanation.
