I'm reading a "diet" book.
The Abs Diet for Women and in the food part the author is talking about eating more natural with plenty of protein. He suggests instead of a regular peanut butter and jelly sandwich use whole wheat bread, natural peanut butter (no salt or sugar or oil) and smash blackberries to use instead of jelly.
Tried it tonight and I'm quite impressed. That was my VERY filling dinner, 1/2 a natural pb & smashed blackberry s'wich.

I've tried that natural pb before, and I hated it. Just thought you might want to know that :)
I'm loving the natural peanut butter. The mooshed blackberries are a little pricey (did the math and I think each PB&Berry sandwich I have costs $3) so I guess that could be a once in a while treat.
