Not a buck eighty
I guess the whole working out eating right goes hand in hand. Hopped on the scale at the gym. I had a good legs workout Sat the 14. Planned to do an interval workout in Boise with Nedrick before wisdom teeth out. That didn't come to pass since we had to wander around in Rite Aid for a whole hour waiting for a stinking script.
Couldn't muster up the guts to take drugs and work through the pain this past week but had a good workout with Kimmie on Saturday. So in the past 2 weeks, 2 workouts. Oh yeah and got my rear stomped in a racquetball game against Travis on Saturday.
So back to the gym today for my interval workout. And I'm hoping my mouth will permit a real tough week in the gym.
Still a little sore to eat exactly on my plan, but headed to buy some more yogurt for breakfasts. I'm addicted to frozen yogurt for breakfast. Probably because of the high fructose corn syrup that's in Yoplait Light. What the...???

that's what i thought which is why is skipped the week w/o guilt!
