OCD
I have my menu, workout log, and measurements all set up in a spreadsheet.
I have 2 days worth of menu planned out starting tomorrow for breakfast with "Change Your Tuna". I'm a little nervous about tuna fish for breakfast, but I've had worse.
Excited for the smoothies.
Hesitant to add some of the sugar the recipes call for. I shouldn't be having honey for instance...
Wish me luck on the Abs Diet eating adventure.
