Breakfast: Strawberry Field Marshall Smoothie
after my whole breakfast post what time do I eat? noon
Lunch:BBQ King 2pm
5 powerfoods!!
5oz smoked turkey keilbasa, diced
1 sm onion, chopped
1 can (3oz) sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (16oz) baked beans
1 cup navy beans
1 can (14 1/2 oz) pureed tomatoes
pepper
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3/4 tb ground flaxseed
3/4 tb olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 350. Kielbasa in a baking dish & bake until browned (5-10 minutes). Drain fat and set the dish aside
2. Medium high heat, cook the onion, mushrooms, and garlic for 5-7 min. Transfer to baking dish, add beans & tomatoes, pepper to taste
3. Bake for 20 min or until the edges bubble
4. Mix bread crumbs & flaxseed w/oil. Sprinkle over the sasage mixture and broil (on lowest rack in oven) until the top is golden (about 3 min)
Makes 4 servings

1tsp sugar free Strawberry jelly
1 slice whole wheat bread
Dinner:Spagghetaboudit 6:30pm
Snack: orange 9pm
